L’univers de deux générations entre 1889 et 1950.

Je voulais retranscrire à l’image une féminité extrême, une délicatesse, une sensualité, une fragilité et quelque chose en même temps d’impalpable en rapport avec le sujet. Comme il y avait peu de dialogues, il était primordial qu’une part importante des émotions soit tangible aux travers des décors.

J’ai voulu les murs, les décors, comme la peau du personnage, charnel, parfois mats, parfois satinés, veloutés, doux ou brillants, J’ai redessiné une partie des papiers peints, d’autres ont été ré-imprimés, j’ai porté mon choix à d’autres moments sur du tissus.

Les couleurs, les matières et les reliefs ont été mon fer de lance.

Les décors ont entièrement été reconstruits en décor naturel.

The universe of two generations between 1889 and 1950.
I wanted to convey to the image, an extreme femininity, delicacy, sensuality, fragility and something at the same time impalpable in relation to the subject.
As there were few dialogues, it was essential that a significant part of the emotions be tangible through the sets.
I wanted the walls, the sets, like the character's skin, carnal, sometimes matt, sometimes satiny, velvety, soft or shiny, I redrew some of the wallpapers, others were reprinted, I made my choice at other times on fabrics.
The colours, materials and reliefs were my spearhead.
The decorations have been entirely rebuilt in natural decor.
